Effective 2026-07-24 Credits and pricing. VeoReel runs on prepaid credits. You see the exact cost of every generation before you start it, and that displayed price is final even if per-model rates later change. Credits do not expire, are non-transferable and are not a currency. Failed generations are refunded to your balance automatically. The service. VeoReel provides a production workflow on top of third-party AI video and image models. We pass your request to the model provider you choose and deliver the result to your workspace. Acceptable use. The service may not be used for illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that violates the policies of the underlying model providers. Accounts in breach can be suspended. Output rights. You keep the rights to what you generate, subject to the terms of the relevant model provider, and you are responsible for how the material is used. No warranties.
