Effective 2026-08-14 Failed generations. Credits consumed by a failed generation are returned to your balance automatically, without a support request. Unused purchased credits. Refundable to the original payment method on request within 14 days of purchase. Send the request from your account email to [email protected], referencing the purchase. Non-refundable. Credits already spent on completed generations, and bonus credits granted free of charge. Processing time.
