Effective 2026-08-14 Availability. VeoReel targets continuous availability and maintains the service with commercially reasonable effort. Third-party dependency. Generation is performed by external model providers. Degradation at a provider may slow or pause the affected model; for this reason no fixed uptime percentage is guaranteed. Remedy. Credits consumed by any failed generation are refunded to your balance automatically. Maintenance. Planned maintenance windows are kept brief and scheduled outside peak hours where possible. Support.
